June (11) loves talking to friends VERY loudly but mumbling when her parents try talking to her. She is in an extreme anime obsession phase.
Christian was diagnosed with bilateral renal agenesis (translation: both kidneys didn’t form) at 20 weeks gestation. He was born on April 24, 2013 and lived for an hour and a half. Hi, I want to tell you both that I think of you many times a week. I miss your family being just 2 doors down. I was very young when my brother died, but I still remember the funeral. I am now 74 and do not believe I will ever forget that day. My mother told me that she could never forget the dates that was important about my beautiful Jimmy. (He was a beautiful baby to me as I held my Daddy’s hand and a tear ran down his check.)
When my first child was due the Doctor said it would be October 2 and my reply was that any day but the 6th as that would hurt my Mom’s feelings. When Barbara came on the 6th I was very nervous until the 36 hours had passed. My mother said after the 36 hours had passed she had ok feelings but then she had a reason to be happy about that particular day. So that fear she carried for 17 years. I was too young for the date to effect me in any way. I love you both very much and when you come back to California (Fairfield) I would very much like to have a quick meal with you and your children to renew my love (friendship) that I have for you in my heart.
